Sometimes it really sucks to be so disciplined as I am.  It probably has to do with all the  male enhancement pills I am taking, but I have so much energy I cannot sleep even though some part of me is tired.  So, I will head to the gym and work on my shoulders, which studies have shown is the most important muscle group besides your abs.  Why?  Due to shoulder-to-waist ratios!

Your goal should always be to have the widest shoulders possible and the flattest stomach possible.  Ideally, 6-pack abs and bowling ball deltoids.  Shoot for the moon and even if you don’t make it, you’ll still be okay.

Don’t get it wrong: I am supposed to train shoulders today anyway but I have been so busy I just didn’t get around to it.  I could do it tomorrow, and I don’t really want to go to gym, but since I have so much energy I will make myself go.  Training after midnight is good anyway because the gym is empty and I don’t have to deal with anybody, although when I get out of the gym at 1am it will be a bitch to find food.  Unless I want to go to Little India or the East Village.
