So recently I have been fooling around with vitamin B supplementation.  I have always been really into mega-dosing vitamins and consider it a major factor in my health and well-being.  A lot of people get into this, but don’t keep it up so they turn to shit.  If you just keep it up, the results will be amazing!

Anyway, so I have always been less-then-excited about B vitamins.  Until recently when I realized their importance for strengthening the blood and increasing iron absorption.  For example, if you consume iron along with 1500mg of folic acid and 5,000mcg of B12, you can build strong red blood cells faster then if you just consumed iron alone.

So, I got my hands on some no-flush niacin for no apparent reason and started taking 500mg a day of it.  As soon as I did this, I had erections most of the night and had trouble sleeping.  I thought this was strange until it happened a 2nd night in a row.  So I Googled this new take on male enhancement and it seems some Chinese study showed that 1500mg a day of B3 is the bomb!  So what do you think I am going to do now? LOL

What all the articles on this miss, however, is that it isn’t that B3 is improving blood flow.  In fact, it is cleaning up the receptor sites in your penis. ;)
