So I was walking around Brooklyn today and wandered by the Clear store.  One of my friends got their mobile hotspot, so I figured I need a Clear USB stick for my laptop so I can do blog updates while out and about the town.  The funny thing is that Clear has dumb-ass tech support.  The bitch on the phone kept saying they only support Windows and Mac and not Linux (I use it on my laptop) and I was like “If you give me your APN I can configure it myself.”  As she was too stupid to understand what was going on, she simply said she can’t give it to me.

Sad world…  so I ended up getting the 4G Personal HotSpot instead of the USB key I was trying to configure.  I could have probably looked up Clear’s APN online but fuck it.  I can also use their Personal HotSpot on my T-mobile cell phone and therefore drop my T-mobile dataplan which doesn’t fucking work anyway.   Seriously, it’s totally useless and what’s even worse is that ever since they got bought out by AT&T I don’t even get a signal where I live.  Not to kick on T-mobile, as I’ve been with them for years and they not only have the cheapest plans, but their customer service and support is fucking amazing.  Really, I will never leave them.  Even if their dataplan is worth shit.  I’ve got a 4G Personal HotSpot now!

Another thing about it is that it has an incredible range.  Such power will probably do nothing to increase sperm production, but whatever…  That’s why I pop MoneyShot Pills like candy!

Another cool thing is Clear 4G doesn’t have all these taxes and surcharges added onto your bill.  At least not yet until the government gets wind of them. lol

So for another $15/month I got Clear home internet which I probably won’t use, but keep as a backup in case my default ISP has another situation where someone drops cheese doodle crumbs into the local relay and blows out internet access for the entire block.   It’s good to have I reason…  The guy who sold me all this schlock said it is way faster then my ISP so I will run a test though.

So at the end of the day I got a hotspot for my lappy and cellular, a backup for my home ISP, and I think it is like $63/month or some shit with no tax.  When I cancel my T-mobile dataplan that will shave at least $10 or $15 off my monthly bill.  I used to have a T-mobile 3G USB key but there was a cap on bandwidth and it totally sucked so I never used it and ended up canceling it.  Clear has NO CAP and is 4G which means I can watch porn in Bryant Park.  You know, I can stream porn anywhere in Manhattan now: in bars, cafes, even down the street!

So there you have it, no I can update this blog while watching porn in public.
