In addition to popping penis pills, one should add squatting to one’s weekly discipline.  Squatting is the single-most anabolic exercise you can perform and will release the most testosterone and growth hormone possible.

One classic approach to squats is to do the 20-rep squat routine.  Basically, you take a weight that you can get 12 reps at where the last 2 reps area struggle, and then you force out 8 more!  You may have to rest a few seconds between each of those last 8 reps while the weight sits on your back, and do lots of deep breathing to make it through, but basically that torture causes all the anabolic stuff to happen.

When you are done, you take 9 days of rest and then do it all over again, but each time you do the workout again you add 5lbs. to the bar.  This sort of thing is totally brutal, and if you drink lots of milk (raw milk, hopefully…) you can grow like crazy.

This is old school anabolic training but requires an incredible will.  A will that will carry over into all other areas of your life.  It’s for warriors only – and therefore something I don’t do! lol!  I prefer to use the 5/3/1 method.  I’m just not angry enough anymore for the 20-rep squat stuff.
